KORA 4H

A two-row or four-row planter equipped with a rear platform and a side platform for boxes with seed potatoes. It is recommended to use boxes with a movable bottom, so that breaking off the sprouts isMinimum. Vibrating panels were also installed in these versions to reduce damage to the planted tubers. Row width 75cm.

Four-row planter equipped with a large seed potato hopper, hydraulically lifted with a load capacity of 1200 kg.

Belt tensioner system, shaker

Bucket belt shakers ensure that the seed potatoes are planted individually. The tensioner system maintains the stability of the buckets.

They provide a sample size of individual seed potatoes in a calibration of 35 to 60 mm. Optionally, it is possible to equipping the buckets with inserts for large or small potatoes.

Scoops

Image Image

Cushioned ridge shaping disc arrangement.

The positioning of the ridging discs allows you to adjust their angle of inclination and distance from each other. By properly spacing the ridging discs, different ridge shapes and different potato cover heights are obtained.

Planted seed potatoes should be covered with a layer of soil 6÷12 cm thick. It should be remembered that too narrow setting of the disc coulters causes the seed potatoes to be lifted and moved, which may cause the seed potatoes to be pulled out by the weeder's teeth.

Image

Planting density

A simple mechanical system by means of which we set the required spacing of seed potatoes (planting density) is achieved by selecting the appropriate chain transmission ratio.

One of the important factors influencing the quality of planting is the number of seed potatoes in the planting chamber. Seed potatoes are taken from this chamber with scoops of tape. A gap that is too small can lead to culverts, while too large can cause damage to seed potatoes.

Dosing slots

Bulk fertilizer fertilize

KORA 2, KORA 4 can be optionally equipped with a granular mineral fertilizer fertilizer.

The plastic hoppers have a capacity of 100 litres and are equipped with grooved seeding units, which are adjusted by means of a roller extension. The maximum dose of the fertilizer is 580 kg/ha. The fertiliser is supplied via flexible hoses to the working coulters planting seed potatoes. The fertilizer is sown in a projection.

Row fertilization allows to increase work efficiency (one pass) and increase potato yield (better use of fertilizer by plants).

Central ridging body

In the central part there is one row of the working section consisting of a ridging body mounted on a stubble tine ensuring proper ploughshare depression as well as correct distribution of soil on individual ridges.

Opening of the ridging body mouldboards can be adjusted by changing the active length of the links.

Image

Forming attachment

At the rear of the machine, there is a two- or four-row unit (depending on the machine version). It forms ridges in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, slightly convex, with a furrow on the back. When shaping ridges after potato emergence, the shaping plates (including furrow openers) must be removed

Image

Furrow on the back

When it rains or is irrigated, water stops in the furrow and thus irrigates the plants.

Adjustable disc coulters with a diameter of 570 mm working on both sides of the roller, cut off the undermined ridge, limiting the amount of soil scooped.

Image

The standard equipment of the WEGA 1600 PLUS digger is a 3-plate blade blade and a jockey roller (recommended for potato harvesting). A copying roll is often used to level the ground before the potato digging process begins. Its main purpose is to remove unevenness from the field, which helps prevent damage to the potatoes during harvest.

Image

Accurate ground tracking: The jockey roller is adjustable in terms of pressure, adapting the machine to specific soil conditions and potato types.

Image

Two or one rod conveyor depending on the model. Every second conveyor rod has a rubber coating to reduce damage to the potatoes. The distance between the conveyor bars is 28.5 mm.

Potato and vegetable harvester

Extremely low power requirement. Compact, compact design of the combine harvester and at the same time lightweight design, which requires only 40 hp.

Large diameter of the copying roller. It ensures exact ridge tracking and ridge height, thus determining the share action.

Simple maintenance. Through easy replacement of the three-section blade blades.

Control over the soil sifting proces. The change in the intensity of the sifter shake is mechanically adjusted by a lever.

Image Image Image Image Image

Easy to manoeuvre. The drawbar of the harvester is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder, which allows the harvester to be set to the working position, and also facilitates manoeuvring during transport.

Convenient control from the tractor cabin. The hydraulic distributor is controlled by a block of solenoid valves, then the entire hydraulics of the combine harvester is controlled from the tractor cabin by means of a controller, which gives great convenience of work.

Image

A universal harvester, thanks to the replaceable lifting rollers.

The first element of the lifting machine is the jockey roller, which follows the shape and height of the ridge and determines the blade action. The pick-up width is 55 cm, while the maximum blade working depth is 25 cm.

change the intensity of shaking the sifter – use the lever to adjust the position of elliptical shakers

Rubber wipers loosen the picked ridge and pre-crush clumps, while rubber screens and aprons reduce the sliding of potatoes on the sifter and also help in sifting the soil.

The width of the sifter is 650mm and the bar pitch is 44mm. The distance between the bars in the tubes is 23.5 mm, while the distance between the bars without the tubes is 28.5 mm

SIMPLE SEPARATION SYSTEM

Image
Image

The harvester is equipped with a rod haulm separator as standard. The gap between the sifter rods and the feed shaft of the separator should be 6 - 10 mm. A smaller gap is used for dried haulm and a small amount of them.

The gap between the intake roller and the scraper bar should be minimal, and the shaft should not rub against the bar.

Image
Image

As standard, the harvester is equipped with a swivel scraper. Mechanically adjustable slats slide the potatoes onto the picking table.

The two rows of scraper tines are adjusted to the working height by means of a crank.

The machine can be optionally equipped with a finger scraper – circulating that directs potatoes from the cross conveyor to the picking table.

The rotational speed of the scraper is hydraulically adjustable. The cross conveyor removes small impurities into the field.

Image
Image

A platform for the harvester operator ensures comfortable work for 2 people at the picking table. Two gutters are installed at the table: one to collect earth lumps (pecins), which go back to the field and the other to collect stones, leading to a tank with a load capacity of about 200 kg
